General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
The General Terms and Conditions (also referred to as GTC) govern the terms and conditions of business and services between AURMEL.ch and its customers and visitors to AURMEL.ch.
2. Delivery area
AURMEL delivers worldwide.
3. Offers
The offers on AURMEL are subject to change and are not to be understood as binding offers. An order is only finalized upon confirmation of the order and shipment via email or upon delivery of the ordered product.
4. Ordering process
The customer must complete the following ordering process on AURMEL in order to successfully place an order:
• Select the product.
• Select the quantity and activate the order by clicking on “Add to cart.”
• Open the shopping cart by clicking on “Checkout.”
• Enter your personal data and delivery address.
• Select the payment option.
• Check the order overview and price.
• Click on “Buy now” to complete the order and accept the terms and conditions.

5. Delivery time
You will usually receive your shipment within 1-3 days after receiving your order confirmation with our shipping partner, Swiss Post. Products are usually delivered in a shorter time. In the event of delivery delays, AURMEL reserves the right to inform the customer and extend the delivery times. Withdrawal from the contract is possible free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.
6. Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.
7. Shipping costs
No additional shipping costs will be charged.
8. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including statutory VAT. Swiss VAT is not charged on international purchases. Additional customs costs are incurred for international purchases.
9. Payment options
AURMEL accepts the following payment options for the settlement of goods at its own discretion: TWINT, PostFinance, Post Card, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, purchase on account, debit cards, and PayPal. AURMEL reserves the right to change orders from buyers who have outstanding invoices to payment on account in advance. The order is still valid and binding. The customer must therefore settle the outstanding amounts in order to be able to place further orders on account. AURMEL reserves the right to carry out random checks and to change orders to prepayment.

10. Purchase on account with installment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY is an external payment service provider that offers the “purchase on account” payment method. With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not make a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.

11. Complaints
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the products immediately after delivery and to raise any reservations regarding possible defects. Complaints about defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery must be reported to AURMEL by telephone or email immediately, within 48 hours.
12. Right of return, exchange
The customer has the right to return purchased items within 14 days if they are unused, undamaged, clean, and in their original packaging in order to exercise their right of return. Items that are returned incomplete, damaged, dirty, or with signs of use will not be accepted. The right of return expires when the product is opened. The buyer bears the shipping costs for returns. Returns must be sent with the original invoice to the following address:

Upon receipt of the goods, AURMEL will check the return to ensure that it is in perfect condition and that a credit note can be issued. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original payment.

13. Excluded right of return

Custom-made products or special orders are excluded from return and exchange.
14. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of AURMEL until full payment has been received.

15. Compensation
Claims for compensation due to errors in illustrations, prices, size specifications, and texts, or due to delayed or failed delivery, are strictly excluded. The color of the products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual product color. The size specifications are also approximate.
16. Data protection
The data necessary for business transactions will of course be treated confidentially. Customer data will not be passed on to third parties. AURMEL reserves the right to inform customers about customer offers and special activities by email. Customers can unsubscribe from this information at any time and free of charge.
